Shipping details

When will I receive my order?
For international delivery we have teamed up with UPS who are our international partner that allow us to offer a fast and secure local market experience.

All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouse, therefore some international orders may be liable for local taxes this will be charged at checkout.

Shipping cost in your selected currency will be displayed at checkout. VAT/Sales Tax variations could add additional costs to the item price. Shipping cost and the final amount in your selected currency will be displayed at checkout.

If you are shipping to US or Canada, local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states/provinces where applicable.

Usually, it takes 2 working days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA and Canada: 10-14 business days
Europe: 6–7 business days
Other International locations: 10–20 business days

We do ship to Alaska, but some restrictions apply to shipping time. Some locations in Alaska may take up to 30 days.
We regret we are unable to ship to US territories.

Orders

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, UPS will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you may also track your order by enter your order number on our Track order page here.
 

I have received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within the 2 days of arrival with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties to your purchases.

What if my package is missing?
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:

1.    Check with neighbours and family members in case the courier left the package with them

2.    Look around the delivery location

3.    Check for written notice of attempted delivery

4.    Contact the carrier directly who can assist further

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left with the carrier, please contact us with your order number.

I can't find my country in the listed countries at checkout
We do not ship to countries not listed in the drop-down Country list. Additional recipient countries will be offered over time.
