Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact Gift Millennium and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Return of goods
Return
You have 14 calendar days from the date
you receive the item to initiate a return. Returned items must be unused,
include original tags, and remain undamaged in their original packaging.
Damaged/ Incorrect Order
We strive to ensure product quality and accuracy, but occasionally mistakes can occur. We sincerely apologize in advance if this happens. If you experience any issues, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and use our Contact form to describe the problem, including your order number. Once we receive your information and verify the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement. Please note that returned items must be unused, include original tags, and be in their original packaging.
Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 45 days of placing
your order, please reach out to us, and we will assist you promptly.
We are actively working to improve shipping times for all our customers
worldwide, but we do not yet have an estimated date for when these improvements
will take effect.
IMPORTANT: We cannot take responsibility for packages that are
undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
To minimize errors, we verify shipping details with every customer in the order
confirmation sent immediately after placing an order. Any costs incurred to
reship the package will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Additionally, we are not liable for failed deliveries if the addressee is not
available at the time of delivery.
Refunds/Cancellations
Please note that refunds or cancellations are not permitted 24 hours after your order is placed.
If your order does not arrive at the correct shipping address provided, and your payment qualifies, we will refund the full cost of eligible purchases, including shipping fees, or we will gladly replace the item for you.
Return Address
Please use our Contact page to reach out if you wish to return any items. You will receive a response within one business day.
Note: Do not send your return to the address on your package, as that is not our return address and could delay the processing of your return.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
