If you’re still having issues, contact your bank to find if there’s a problem with your account. Try making the purchase again with a different payment method.

Payment is processed by the time when you pay for your order. The order number that appears on the confirmation screen indicates that payment has been successfully processed.

An additional customs fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties to your purchases.
